Counsel Press to Present Its New CLE Program on Appellate E-filings and eBriefs with Thomson Reuters – June 18, 2015

Counsel Press has been invited to present its new CLE program "E-filings and eBriefs in the California Court of Appeal and U.S. Court of Appeals" at Thomson Reuters’ West LegalEdcenter. Our prior appellate CLE events with Thomson Reuters have been a great success, so we’ve been invited again.

About the Program:
This program focuses on rules and requirements for e-filing in each district of the California Court of Appeal as well as in the U.S. Courts of Appeals using the Ninth Circuit as an example of the PACER appellate CM/ECF system. The program will cover the logistics for e-filings in the California Court of Appeal including the technical aspects of compiling the required files. It will review the latest developments, with a specific focus on eBriefs – what these are and how they help optimize an e-filing. It will also provide a summary of the potential costs being awarded for electronic related expenses in cases with an e-filing component.

Where & When:
Presented via a live webcast on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 3:00PM-4:00PM EDT.
