p>Counsel Press and the NYCBA are delighted to present a new virtual CLE program, New York Appellate Practice in the Time of COVID-19.
This CLE program focuses on the procedural rules of the Appellate Division and Court of Appeals in New York, including the effect COVID-19 has on these rules. Attendees will learn how to take and perfect appeals in New York’s Appellate Division pursuant to the statewide practice rules, individual department rules and electronic filing rules, and in New York’s Court of Appeals pursuant to that court’s own unique rules of procedure.
The faculty will include Jonathan Wallach, Esq., Senior Appellate Counsel, Counsel Press and Bill White, Esq., Appellate Counsel, Counsel Press.
