The panelists will discuss the two new sets of uniform rules applicable to practice in the Fourth Department: the Electronic Filing Rules of the Appellate Division, which became effective on March 1, 2018, and the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division that are scheduled to become effective on September 15, 2018. The panel will also discuss the scope and mechanism of E-Filing in the Fourth Department and the ways in which the new uniform practice rules will change your practice before the Fourth Department.
