The US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit will implement the Next Generation of Case Management Electronic Case Filing System (NextGen CM/ECF) on January 16, 2018! If you are a CM/ECF user who wishes to e-file on or after January 16, 2018, you must complete a prerequisite by upgrading your individual PACER account. If you are requesting to become an Electronic Filer, please note that the Third Circuit Court of Appeals will be temporarily suspending requests from January 9, 2018 at 5pm until January 16, 2018 at 8:30am.
