Following the path of the Supreme Court and Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, Superior Court of Pennsylvania has now begun accepting electronic filings of Briefs and Reproduced Records via the PACFile system. The use of the electronic filing system has not eliminated hard copy filings. Paper copies are still required to be sent within 7 days (7 for the Brief and 4 for the Reproduced Record). The filing party is also required to serve paper copies on all parties involved.
For those who have not registered to e-file, please use the following link to create an account: https://ujsportal.pacourts.us/Register.aspx.
