The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will be closed on Friday, November 28 and Friday, December 26, 2014; and on Friday, January 2, 2015. In accordance with D.C. Cir. Rule 45(b), filings due on November 28, December 26, and January 2 will be deemed timely filed on the next day the court is open for business.

The Court's 24-hour filing depository located at the Third Street entrance to the Courthouse will be open for receipt of non-emergency paper filings.
