As Chief Technology Officer at Counsel Press, Nick Pompa leads the company’s technology vision and strategic initiatives, driving innovation and supporting sustainable growth. He oversees mission-critical projects including technical M&A efforts, enterprise cloud migrations for enhanced scalability, and the implementation of advanced security protocols to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Nick is also spearheading the design and development of proprietary large language models (LLMs) to power next-generation product offerings at Counsel Press. His data-centric approach is central to building an infrastructure that supports informed, analytics-driven decision-making across the organization.
Before joining Counsel Press, Nick held senior technology leadership roles at both Dash Solutions and WorkStride. In these positions, he led key initiatives spanning cloud infrastructure, M&A integration, and engineering operations, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and performance.
