She joined the company in 1997 as a paralegal and steadily advanced through a variety of roles, including Paralegal Manager and Vice President of Operations. In 2019, she was appointed COO, where she now leads initiatives focused on process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, resource management, and performance tracking. Her work ensures alignment between strategic goals and operational execution, maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and efficiency.
Prior to joining Counsel Press, Maria worked in legal support roles at Bank of America and the New York State Attorney General’s Office. Her career reflects a long-standing commitment to excellence in legal services and operational leadership.
