Brian Denes serves as Chief Financial Officer at Counsel Press, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, and analysis. In this role, he ensures the continued financial growth and stability of Counsel Press, driving key initiatives that support operational excellence and strategic objectives. He is also actively involved in M&A, supporting acquisition evaluation, integration, and financial diligence.
Prior to joining Counsel Press, Brian held senior positions in various financial and investment roles. He was a Director at Riveron, where he led interim CFO and FP&A engagements for private equity-backed companies across multiple industries. Before that, he was an Investment Professional at Medley Capital LP and gained extensive experience in investment banking with Jefferies and Cowen Inc., focusing on M&A and financial analysis.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University and has a strong background in corporate finance, private equity, and strategic financial leadership.
