Kevin Momot specializes in assisting Counsel Press clients with their appellate matters primarily in the New York appellate courts and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Kevin has worked in the appellate services industry for over a decade, and has handled thousands of appeals for clients throughout NY and beyond. During his 20-year career, Kevin held management roles with traditional publishing companies as well as appellate consulting positions with several organizations. His diverse business experience and extensive appellate background provide considerable value to clients throughout the appeals process.

A native of Rochester, NY, Kevin has developed longstanding trusted relationships with members of legal communities across New York State. He has served on the boards of several area nonprofit organizations and is affiliated with numerous local and statewide legal and business associations.

Kevin earned his law degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of NY at Buffalo.
