Joseph Gangi

Mr. Gangi focuses on assisting clients in perfecting appeals before the state appellate courts of New York, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Fifth Circuits. His deep understanding of both state and federal appellate procedures, along with his ability to craft creative solutions to procedural challenges, makes him a valuable asset to his clients.

Before transitioning to appellate work in 2018, Mr. Gangi was a litigator with two prominent South Florida insurance defense firms, where he concentrated on personal injury and commercial litigation. His experience also includes handling appeals before Florida’s Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal, giving him invaluable insight into the appellate process.

Mr. Gangi holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor from Saint Thomas University School of Law. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
