Jonathan Wallach

Jonathan Wallach has been specializing in appellate practice since his days as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Muir, Presiding Judge, New Jersey Appellate Division, in 1997 and 1998. He has written bench memos for hundreds of appeals, some of which became the basis of published opinions, and he has handled more than 10,000 appeals. Mr. Wallach specializes in the New York State Appellate Divisions, the New York State Court of Appeals, and the Second, Third and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals.
