Jennifer specializes in assisting Counsel Press clients with appellate litigation before the California Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal, Superior Courts, and Municipal Courts. She expertly guides clients through every procedural step of the appellate process, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Collaborating with a skilled team of paralegals, she oversees the preparation, review, and filing of appellate documents, allowing clients to focus confidently on their appeals.

Jennifer’s career spans personal injury, real estate, and business law. She also holds a California real estate broker’s license and brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her work in real estate includes advising clients on complex transactions and regulatory compliance. Before joining Counsel Press, she worked at JAMS, promoting ADR services across various sectors, including higher education, commercial real estate, and sports. At JAMS, she was instrumental in identifying and securing opportunities for panelists to serve in roles such as mediators, arbitrators, and Title IX hearing officers.

Jennifer was also a BARBRI law professor for over two decades, teaching seven subjects for the multistate bar exam, including Civil Procedure, Contracts, and Constitutional Law. Her dedication to legal education has helped countless aspiring attorneys achieve success in their careers.
