Helen is an Affiliate Member of the Westchester County Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Committee where she provides insight and practical advice to members as to the inner workings of the appellate courts with an emphasis on the First and Second Departments, the New York State Court of Appeals, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
