Since joining Counsel Press in 2005, Cate Simpson has worked on thousands of appellate matters for clients across the country. Ms. Simpson focuses on filings within the Virginia, West Virginia and South Carolina state courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th and 11th Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States. As one of Counsel Press' Senior Appellate Consultants, Ms. Simpson not only has a deep understanding of the appellate rules and procedures, but also leads a seasoned team in our Richmond office.
