The CLE will be held at the Bar Association of Erie County, 438 Main Street, Sixth Floor, Buffalo, NY 14202.

The speaker will be Andrew W. Klein, Esq., Chief Clerk and Legal Counsel to the New York State Court of Appeals.

The program covers issues of appealability and reviewability from both the criminal and civil sides. There will also be discussion of the Court of Appeals web site and of Court-PASS.

Counsel Press will be providing lunch as well.

The CLE runs from Noon until 1:30 PM and will offer 1 CLE credit in the area of Professional Practice.

The cost is $20 for Bar Association members and $25 for non-members.
