United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit Amends Local Rule 31.2(a)(2)

Effective June 13, 2019, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has amended Local Rule 31.2(a)(2), which governs the time to file reply briefs. Under the adopted amendment, a reply brief must be filed within 21 days after the filing of the last appellee's brief.
