California Court of Appeal and Supreme Court Continues E-Filing Service Upgrade to TrueFiling 3.0

Alaine Patti-Jelsvik, Esq.

The electronic filing service for the California Court of Appeal and Supreme Court is currently in the process of requiring filers to now use TrueFiling 3.0. A schedule of the rollout has been provided below. If you have an existing TrueFiling account but have not upgraded to the latest version, please visit the login page and provide your current credentials. You must reset your password by selecting "forgot password" and following the prompts. To submit any new filings, your payment details must be added to the 3.0 platform located under "settings." If you are moving to TrueFiling 3.0 for your firm, E-Filing can be centralized by adding attorneys as “connections” once an individual attorney has updated his/her account on the 3.0 platform. If you do not have a TrueFiling account, you may create one here.
